How to set it up (about 3 minutes)
- In CCS+ (app or website), tap your name/profile, then CCS+ Settings → Schedule Settings → Calendar Syncing.
- Turn on Enable calendar export/syncing and set a sync password with Change password. This is not your Flying Together password.
- Tap Edit calendar sync settings: turn on Include trips, choose As a single event, turn on Layovers, then Save.
- Tap Copy link.
- On your iPhone: Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar. Paste the link, tap Next, then enter your employee ID as the user name and your CCS+ sync password.
- In iFlight Pro, open Sched → Connect Schedule → Calendar and pick the new CCS+ calendar.

Questions
Which password does the iPhone ask for?
Your employee ID as the user name, and the separate CCS+ sync password you set under Calendar Syncing. Not your Flying Together password.
Do I need to re-import after a trip change?
No. The subscribed calendar refreshes on its own, and iFlight Pro picks up the change.
Why are the times right for every city?
CCS+ lists each leg in the local time of its airport. iFlight Pro converts each one using that airport's time zone, including daylight saving changes.
