iFlight Pro

Southwest and SkyWest schedules on your iPhone

If your trips are on your iPhone Calendar, iFlight Pro can read them, including multi-leg pairings written as one calendar event.

How to connect

  1. Get your schedule onto your iPhone Calendar from your crew portal or app (look for Add to Calendar, Subscribe or an iCal link).
  2. In iFlight Pro, open Sched → Connect Schedule → Calendar and pick that calendar, or paste the iCal link into Calendar Feed URL.

Pairings written as one event

Some schedules put a whole pairing in one calendar event, with every leg listed in the notes, like "ATL 06:30 EDT DAL 07:35 CDT" or "MSP SFO 07:05 09:25". iFlight Pro splits these into separate legs and places each time in its own airport's time zone.

Questions

Does it work if my whole trip is one calendar event?

Yes. iFlight Pro reads the legs listed in the event notes and creates one entry per flight.

Will my schedule update on its own?

Yes, with Apple Calendar sync or an iCal link. Changes come through automatically.
