The easiest way for most airlines: Apple Calendar sync

If your airline's crew app or portal can put your trips in your iPhone Calendar, that's all iFlight Pro needs. Open Sched → Connect Schedule → Calendar, pick that calendar, and your schedule stays in sync automatically.

Questions

Does iFlight Pro work with my airline?

Yes, for most airlines. Any airline whose crew system can export an iCal file, provide a calendar link, or sync to your iPhone Calendar works. Many crew connect in under a minute.

Do I have to re-import after a schedule change?

Not with a calendar link or Apple Calendar sync — changes come through automatically. File imports (ICS or CSV) need a fresh upload after changes.

Is my schedule shared with anyone?

Only with people you choose: crew connections you approve, and Family & Friends you invite.

Built by crew, for crew
